Peanut Butter & Company Giveaway (and review)

Peanut Butter Chocolate Time!!!!

Who needs jelly when you have that luscious sweet taste of dark chocolate mixed with your peanut butter? Well you could melt chocolate chips and mix it with your own peanut butter or you could add just a bit of cocoa powder and brown rice syrup into it, but who wants to that? Who wants to go through the trouble of a messy kitchen when there is a company that makes an amazing and all natural chocolatey-peanutty spread that will put you on cloud 9? That’s right folks. I’m talking about Peanut Butter & Co.

When I heard about these guys, I kind of got excited. Creamy and chocolatey goodness that is good for you? You would get excited to. So I went to the nearest Whole Foods store (an hour away) to buy a jar. But they didn’t carry it. Checked the organic market. No where to be found. Actually, I finally found a jar at the Kroger that is about 5 minutes away! Not even in the organic section either! Just goes to show that healthy living is getting more and more popular. Good. This country needs it!

Any who, though the company has a list of about 8 kinds of peanut butter they sell, the store only had two. But trust me. I bought them both and was not disappointed! First up was White Chocolate Wonder. At first, this stuff did not at all seem appealing. “White chocolate and peanut butter?  Sounds….um…interesting.” But actually, it was very good! The white chocolate did its thing and a wonderful texture to this peanut butter, making it lusciously creamy and easy to spread. Well done!

And with the white chocolate being so good, I knew I just had to try the dark! Spread it on bread? Nope. Bake with it? Try again. This stuff was so amazingly good, I ate through half the jar with a spoon before I realized what happened! It was that good! Now it tasted a bit more like milk chocolate to me, but I guess that’s just the peanut butter aspect talking. But who cares? Its vegan, all natural, and pretty darn good!!

So good that no matter how hard I tried, I just couldn’t keep one of these things from you. That’s right. I’m going to have to share with a lucky winner of today’s contest! Here’s how to win:
