Simplicity and all of its wonder. The simplest things in life are sometimes the greatest, but often the most over-looked. Taking the time to stop and smell the roses can be one of the healthiest decisions you ever made!
When it comes to nature, nothing compares. It is absolutely beautiful and nothing made by man could ever come close to the amazing things created by it every day. One of my favorite ways to experience nature is to simply go for a walk. Even living in the city, you can find some sort of peace among the chaos. A small plant in the windowsill of a broken down apartment. A blue sky among the skyscrapers. A park nearby with squirrels scurrying across the grass. Or if you live a bit further away and in the quieter of places, finding nature is a bit easier.
Watching ducks by a quiet pond…
They are all some of nature’s finest work. But not only does simplicity apply to our view of the world. It also applies to food. The less processed and the closer to nature and simpler our food, the better it is usually for us. Not only that, but it tastes better too! Making your own tomato sauce straight from the vine is going to taste a lot fresher than a tomato sauce bought and stuffed with preservatives and sugar.
So go on. Grab yourself a nice cup of tea, relax on the porch, and enjoy all of the glorious things that nature has to offer.
