Sammiches! Om Nom Nom….

Ah sandwiches. Whether it is a simple peanut butter and jelly or a clever mix of your refrigerator leftovers, sandwiches may be one of the greatest inventions since the slice bread that makes up its outer layers. So before work today, I went I felt like a sandwich would be perfect to take with me to lunch. I even work in a sandwich shop (though not even the bread is vegan there). So looking through the many ingredients I had to work with at home, I felt inspired to use my creativity for the better.

Frozen waffles are perfect for breakfast, but I had two spare ones in my freezer. I also had so many ingredients and could not decide what to do with them. So I just put all of them together to make an incredibly strange concoction. Though it sounded rather strange, I sat down for my lunch break and the first bite was incredibly blissful. I could not believe these strange ingredients mixed so well together into one unbelievable sandwich.

So what was in it exactly? Well I first spread peanut butter on both sides. Then I stacked it with sliced banana, tofu, quinoa, and spinach. Ok. To some of you that may not be all too weird, but to others it may be unheard of! So here is my question to you: What is the weirdest sandwich you have ever come up with? Leave a comment below or email me at the626drew@gmail.com . I cannot wait to see what you all come up with, and I may even make a few and tell you guys what I think!
