Review:

I brought a couple of friends here on June 03, 2010. We arrived at 6:10 pm.

We walked through the doors and just as any pizza place, the smell of pizza cooking filled the air. The place is a “seat yourself” kind of place, so we decided to sit out on the patio. It was sectioned off with walls on each side, and had nicely drawn pictures pained on the walls.

Back Patio

We sat down and a waitress came to take our drink orders almost at once. We all ordered waters, and she had them out within only a few minutes. When she got back, we were ready to order.

Everyone else ordered a two pizzas: One large with half Hawaiian (ham and pineapple), and half pepperoni. And one small pepperoni pizza. She brought it out in less than 10 minutes, and everyone seemed to enjoy it. A few people even complimented on how good it was, though one person said he did not like the texture of the ham on the Hawaiian. Oh well. He pulled it off, and very much enjoyed the rest of it.

Half Hawaiian/ Half Pepperoini Pizza

Being a vegetarian, i ordered the avocado sandwich on pita bread without the mayo or cheese, and i added mushrooms. It came out shortly after the pizza did. and it was delicious. The whole sandwich was about the size of a small pizza, and the bread was pretty thick. It was filled with tons of vegetables and it was delicious.

Avocado Sandwich (no cheese, add mushrooms)

I enjoy this restaurant due to it giving a healthy and creative twist to your average pizza joint. It is sort of an 80’s theme and it shows with the vast array of colors.

So if you are in Douglasville, whether you are a health freak who wants a vegetable filled sandwich or if you are just hungry and want to get filled up on pizza that is a delicious change from your average delivery, i would recommend this place without doubt.
